I need To buy a mattress and I am so confused which one is a good deal and worth it. Looking for queen size. Can anyone help?

Take a look at Sleep Comfort mattresses; they cost the same as a regular box spring and mattress but offer some 'firmness' adjustment via an air pump and remote control. They are now being sold in regular bed stores so you can compare right in store.
