    Incidental excercise

I find it hard to find the time so I sneak in incidental excercise when I can. Walk up the stairs at work, park further away, go for a walk at lunchtime. A couple of bicep curls carrying the shopping bags. It all helps

I can get a pretty good aerobic workout by just performing my job (teaching). I am constantly walking around the classroom. I am not working up a sweat, but I stay in constant motion. I augment this with bicycling twice a week along with weightlifting.

I try to get at least an hour in four to five times a week. Anything less like that and I am going to leave the gym wondering what I have been up to. Other than that, I think that it really depends on how hard you are able to push yourself. I have seen some really fit people come and go while I was still working out.

I do 1 hour every weekend while 30minutes only during weekdays. I can't start my day without exercising, it boosts my mood, reduces stress, and improve concentration throughout the day.

I would be very lucky to spend 4 hours a week for work out these days.

I go to the gym thrice a week for one hour and swim for at least one hour on the days I can't go to the gym.

I would really really love to squeeze in some time for workout but I just can't. A short walk from our office to our home is the only exercise I have

On weekdays, I exercise for an hour. If i have a full sched, i make sure to squeeze in even 20 mins of exercise.

30 minutes is great, I usually aim for that but sometimes I go 45 minutes max, the key is to keep it short and intense, there are a bunch of people who go to the gym and spend hours working out which is a complete waste of time because you can get all the intensity you need to stimulate muscle growth and improve your health in just 30-45 minutes, just make sure it's an intense workout
