Tips for buying textual links

Hello this is James !
I want to but textual links but don't know from where to start. I tried to ask for selling and buying textual links on forums but didnt get good response. So being so straightforward I want to buy text links form PR5 above websites or blogs . So please help me out .

I don't have a ton of experience with this but I have heard of the following approaches being somewhat workable.

First, target specific websites you want to buy links from, those with relevant content.
With blogs you can go two ways, paying cash for the links or offering to guest blog from time to time in exchange for the links.
For the websites contact the webmaster and make your offer.

Basically from what I've read this kind of thing is most effective when focused on the exact sites you want to buy links from.

Okay, I just looked at the links in your sig file and if I understand you correctly you're looking for a service/site or way to place text ads as a way to advertise your SEO service??

Yes Brian you are right. I'm looking for a blog or website offering some services similar to mine and can place my text link in their blogroll or somewhere on the site that is prominent. Now what should i do? I have sent emails to some blog owners but still no response
