I'm not sure there is enough discussion about this to warrant an entirely new forum. Usually if we see a certain topic dominating one of the other forums, we will break it out into it's own forum. Id there isn't enough discussion on that particular topic, what happens is nobody ever sees it in the new forum and it doesn't get discussed.
