What's the best site for building or selectign an avatar

Didn't think it would happen, but I'm interested in getting an avatar for this forum. Anyone know of a website that demonstrates a simple way to build or select one?

I just did a Google search for avatars, though it's not where I found mine. One of the problems I experienced was that the picture was too large for the requirements of the website. This website can help you resize pictures to fit avatar requirements. There's also a link in their recommended sites for avatars.

A few days ago, I stumbled upon what looks to be a good avatar source: <imageshack.us>. I just haven't had time to go back there and follow up.
