I was having a discussion with a friend of mine, about email privacy.
If someone gave you their password, you did NOT hack into their email, and you read it, could you get in trouble for it? Like legally?
I couldn't tell her the answer to this question. Although I did tell her that she may be guilty of poor judgment, I didn't think that there are any laws that say you can't read someone's email if they give you the password and don't change it.
