Any thoughts on this company? I posted previously about a charged off CC from Capital One that an attorney sent me a summons on. Would this company be able to reduce some of the interest rate and help me with this? Advice?

You've already been sued. It's too late to be trying to lower your interest rate. You need to be scaping together every dollar you can and calling the attorney with a settlement offer, as we discussed in your other thread.

So no, I don't think some third party company can help you here.
