  • Paying Mortgage timely

This is the new "morale hazard" while subsidizing losers mortgage on the backs of taxpayers. That's Obama's new deal. Pay or not to pay that is the question? We are paying timely but this country has lose the incentive to be "responsible". I'm begining to think we should join the party.

Don't forget the CC's. They will probably be forgiven as well. They keep saying it's in our best interest.

I knew I should have just charged that hot tub. I would have it for free now.

New I shouldn't have just cut the check to pay off the car. Took my fed return and gave it to Ford. But why even pay my taxes? California still owes me $700 and I filed over a month ago. And what's worse - Citi holds my mortgage, so now I'll get to pay Uncle Sam because I've been responsible. But their forcing the companies to lower interest rates now to help the irresponsible - what happens when the nationalize, and forcible raise my 5.0% fixed to make more money when this deficit spending loans come due? Then we're all up the creek w/o a paddle.
