On my new home insurance (price was lowest) i was asked to pay 195 dollar initiation fee. I shopped arounds. Figured that other prices were little higher but no initiation fee. Hence talked to agent again, showed him the facts and requested to drop the fee. He actually did drop the free and I got a great coverage .. almost 200 dollars cheaper.
