  • Quiche recipe?

    Does anyone have an easy quiche recipe? I've never made it, but would really like to learn! Thanks so much!

      bunches of them, from quiche lorraine to the bisquick quickie. do you want a plain egg/milk/cheese quiche, or one with veggies...my favorite is carrot, or spinach, but DH loves the really rich ones. LMK

          quiche in a bag:

          1 c meat, cooked and diced 1/4 c. onion, diced
          3/4 c. vegetable 2 c. milk
          1 c. cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten
          1/8 tsp. tabasco sauce 1/2 c. flour
          2 tsp. baking pwdr.

          combine meat, vegetable, cheese and onion. place mixture in a labeled one gallon freezer bag. with a mixer, combine the milk, eggs, tabasco sauce, flour and baking powder. pour into the bag with the meat/ vegetable mixture.
          seal, label and freeze.

          to serve:
          thaw completely. shake bag well and pour into a spray treated or greased deep dish pie plate or pan.. sprinkle with paprika.. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.. until browned on top and well set in the center... cool 5 minutes.. serves 6.
