    QUICK, EASY, AND DELICIOUS!! AND EVEN THE MEN CAN MAKE <grins>
    SHOPPING LIST:
    1 ..PACKAGE OF FLOUR TORTILLA'S (10-12)OR DOUBLE ALL INGREDIENT FOR BIG FAMILIES!!
    1 1/2 ..LBS GROUND BEEF
    16.. OZ OF SHREDDED CHEESE ( I USE CHEDDAR COLBY & JACK MIXED)
    1.. 16 0Z JAR OF PICANTI SAUCE OF YOUR LIKING
    2 ENVELOPES OF TACO SEASONING
    ( YOU CAN ALSO CAN ADD REFRIED BEANS IF YOU LIKE)
    2 LARGE ONIONS DICED
    1 LARGE TOMATO CHOPPED
    1/2 HEAD LETTUCE SHRED
    AND BLACK OLIVES SLICED
    16 OZ OF SOUR CREAM

    FRY ALL THE GROUND BEEF,DRAIN OFF OIL, THEN ADD YOUR TACO SEASONING MIX AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE & COOK A FEW MINUTES

    WHILE MEAT IS COOKING SPRAY OR GREASE A LARGE BAKING PAN LASAGNA SIZE OR TWO IF YOU DOUBLE RECIPE!

    NOW TAKE YOUR FLOUR TORTILLA'S AND FILL EACH ONE AS FULL AS YOU LIKE USUALLY 3-4 TABLESPOONS OF MEAT MIXTURE,
    THEN ADD SOME CHEESE TO YOUR LIKING & ADD BEANS IF YOU LIKE THEM!

    ROLL EACH TORTILLA UP AND PLACE IN CASSEROLE DISH OR LASAGNA PAN ALL IN A ROW........TILL THE PAN IS FULL
    THEN TAKE YOUR PICANTI SAUCE AND POUR EVENLY OVER ENTIRE PAN WITH A SPOON SPREAD IT OUT MAKE SURE ALL AREA'S ARE COVERED WITH SAUCE, ADD SOME ONIONS DICED
    THEN SPRINKLE ENTIRE CASSEROLE WITH AS MUCH CHEESE AS YOU LIKE..
    BAKE 30-40 COVERED W/ FOIL (UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED GOOD) MINUTES AT 350

    TO SERVE : SPRINKLE WITH LETTUCE TOMATO'S , ONION ,SOUR CREAM,OLIVES!!
    I USUALLY SERVE THEM WITH SPANISH RICE ON THE SIDE!!!

    EVERYONE LIKES THEM SO MUCH I MAKE A DOUBLE RECIPE EACH TIME & NEVER HAVE ANY LEFT!!!
    BUT IF YOU DO REFRIGERATE AND WILL KEEP FOR SEVERAL DAYS THEN REHEAT BY MICROWAVE!!!
    ENJOY ~~~~~~~BET YOU CAN'T EAT JUST ONE !!!! LOLOL

      Sounds like a great burrito recipe to me

      Zakity, I know this might sound a bit weird, but lately dh and I have been liking the addition of a bit of hot salsa or picante to our spaghetti sauce. The friend we had over to try it liked it as well. Might work to use up some of that sauce good luck!

          Put it in a bowl and serve w/tortilla chips.

          Make quesadillas and serve on the side.

          Make a dip - Stir it in some cream cheese and serve w/tortilla chips.

          Put it in the bottom of a pan and put some cheese enchiladas over the top. Pour some more over the top of the enchiladas. Bake. Eat!!!

          Serve it on your tacos.

          Huevo Rancheros (sp?).

            Thanks for the help. We just used it like salsa. Don't know the brand because it was eaten a long long long time ago.
