    This is not a recipe but a conglomeration suggestion (whatever that means). You can pretty much cook anything with some vegetable oil, a wok, and some soy sauce. These are the basics to most Asian stir-fried dishes. If you need more flavor, try adding garlic, onions, green onions, mushrooms, or whatever has flavor.

    Here are some foods that I usually cook:

    eggs
    broccoli
    cabbage
    cauliflower
    green bell peppers
    fish

      Thanks for all these suggestions. I too use a lot of garlic and green onions in my cooking and specially in all the stir fried dishes.
