    Spices for cooking.

Having seen the prices of spices for cooking, baking, etc. I decided to search out a better price. I found the following www.atlanticspice.com
and got a great price over supermarket.

Anyone else have info on other companies selling these items?

Try growing your own herbs in pots. Seeds are dirt cheap and you have fresh herbs year round.

salt and pepper....just pick up a shaker and PRESTO! Season away! LOL. No pesky watering or sunlight to worry about.

Seriously, though, what's the best kind to grow in an apartment, where sunlight doesn't really come around? I've got a westward facing landing that I'm thinking about placing some plants on/around....

Mint grows like a weed. It is pretty hardy. This one I am certain about!
