  • Any ideas for brown bag meals?

I like to cook a bunch of food on Sundays and brown bag it to work all week with that. Usually I'll cook up some Italian style breaded chicken cutlets and just eat that everyday for lunch.

Does anybody have any other good ideas? Preferably healthy and high in protein?

High in protein and super yummy!

Hard boiled eggs are great. Make a bunch on Sunday and take them for the entire week.

Peanut butter, turkey, grass fed beef, wild rice, almond milk, and a lot, lot more. Let me know if you need some recipes and stuff, I'm crazy about healthy food

When I am on a paleo-diet - I cook up a bunch of sausages or a bunch of sliced ham. When I am not dieting, I cook up a pan of enchiladas or lasagna that I can part out and freeze in units.

I make gallons of an Italian lentil dish, and freeze most of it. You can have it plain, or on pasta. I also like kabobs on rice, and hearty soups are good for lunch.

This updated Parmesan Tuna Sandwich spread is full of fresh flavor. You could make this with canned salmon or chicken too.
            Prep Time: 15 minutes
            Total Time: 15 minutes
            Yield: 4-6 servings
            Ingredients:

12 oz. can chunk tuna, drained
            1 red bell pepper, chopped
            3 green onions, thinly sliced
            1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
            1/2 cup mayonnaise
            2 Tbsp. sour cream
            2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
            1 Tbsp. lemon juice
            1 tsp. dried basil leaves
            dash pepper

            Preparation:
Combine tuna, bell pepper, and green onions in medium bowl. In small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and basil leaves and blend well. Add to tuna mixture and blend. Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 2 days.

            Hope it will help you
