    This is such a wonderful suggestion. I love to save coupons and on many occassions, some expire before I can use them. I just hate throwing them out. This is fantastic!

                      greatest need?

                      I looked through the OCPNET site and clicked this link - Base List - to learn which bases were currently accepting coupons. I am wondering if there is a way to tell, other than the Questions Form, which bases have the greatest need..?

                      I just started a coupon exchange in Bowling Green, KY and will have plenty of expired coupons to pass along and want to make sure they get to the best place.

                        I tried an online search for which overseas bases had military families having the hardest time coping with the cost of living. Mostly, the bases in Japan made the top of the list. So, I chose an air force base in Okinawa. I sent my application to adopt the base yesterday.

                        Is it weird to have so much anticipation wondering if I will be approved?
