  • I'm new to couponing and I want to learn.

    Hello everyone,
I'm new to couponing and I would love for someone to give me tips on how to get started. I also would like to know what online sites are good ones to visit to get good deals i can print off. I know about getting the Sunday paper, but What else can I do? Any advise would be helpful

    Where to Find Coupons

My suggestion is to sign up with MyPoints.com.
(You can earn points and turn those into gift cards...)
You can access the normally-available printable coupons from that site and even earn points
    for printing coupons.
(You can access the same coupons at coupons.com... but no points!

Another awesome way to get coupons is to call or email the companies that carry the brands
you like. Tell them that you love their stuff or had a problem with something (if you did) and they will almost always send you coupons in the mail.
A large percentage of companies also have printable coupons right on their websites.

The All You magazine that Walmart sells is chocked full of coupons... but it costs less if you subscribe.

I never buy the newspaper... I just look through our local recycle bin and pull out all the discarded coupon inserts! That's my preferred method.

Also consider "buying" your coupons from folks who clip them for you (there's lots of websites, just google for them) or you can head over to ebay, where you will find tons of coupon listings.

Also look for the "catalina" coupons that print out beside your receipt at the grocery store... awesome deals there, too!

Coupons are everywhere... you just have to train your eye to notice them.
Sometimes people toss them on the grocery store shelf or in the basket when they are done shopping. Thumb through magazines, there's usually a spattering to be had.
Ask your friends or relatives who won't/don't coupon to save any that they come across for you.
    The possibilities are nearly endless...

    Happy couponing!

Southern Savers – Weekly Ads, Couponing & Deals is a site I like for couponing. The lady who owns the site also travels and does workshops on how to start couponing.

I use couponmom.com to track what is on sale and I also use krazycouponlady.com as well for deep savings... those are the only two websites I really use - both have sections where you can print off coupons from various coupon sites...

oh, I also google the Sunday Coupon Preview so I can see what coupons will be in the paper before I go purchase the papers. Some weeks it just isn't worth it to me to spend $8 in newspapers cause I wont really use any of the coupons in the paper...
