Can anyone direct me? where do I get them. I see people using them but we only get the circular.

If you are signed up with their customer loyalty card, they will mail or email them to you. Also, you can trade for them at www.hotcouponworld.com. I don't have any myself, but I have gotten the "free Sprite" etc. coupons in the periodic emails.
