I've been SO busy lately that I haven't posted, but I'm on track with the challenge! I deposited $44 for Week 9, then (as I expected) things got tougher ... I deposited $1 for Week 10 and $3 for Week 11. So I've saved $436 so far, and I've earned 15 cents interest!

Thanks for checking on me, deedee!

Life has been so crazy busy that I haven't taken the time to post regularly, so I apologize for not being more actively supporting of all of you. But I'm happy to say I'm still on track with this challenge!!!

Yikes, I haven't posted in a couple months! Taking up where I left off ...

                      Week 27: $13
                      Week 28: $32
                      Week 29: $2
                      Week 30: $33
                      Week 31: $31
                      Week 32: $9
                      Week 33: $34
                      Week 34: $11

Over $1,000 now, woo-hoo!!! Like deedee, I'm using this for my emergency fund. I actually have a small EF already, but haven't done too well at adding to it. This will more than double it, and I'm planning to continue to build it next year via automatic deposits each payday.

Wasn't it a great feeling to hit that $1,000 mark? I'm so glad you're still keeping up with the challenge! Are you going to do another 52 week challenge next year with your automatic deposits, or do you have a specific amount set up to be deposited? I'm trying to figure out what I can do next year so that I'll still be motivated to save.
