I saw this on another forum and wanted to post it here. Evidently if you are using AT&T as your internet service provider, they may try to sneak a fee in on you and/or make unauthorized upgrades to your account. Evidently the reports I am reading are that AT&T reps may be "slam selling", or locating accounts and manually upgrading them without the customer's consent.
This is often done when salespeople act unethically to meet corporate goals or achieve desired bonuses.
Check your AT&T bill!
If it does look fishy, turn off your autopay and call the company
