Has Anyone Used The H4H Hope Program?
My wife and I are trying to find various different ways to reduce our overall debt load. Currently our mortgage is the largest debt we have but, when we have consulted real estate agents they all tell us that it would be almost impossible to sell our home and break even.
Recently, a co-worker of mine told me that the government has a new "Hope" program that many mortgage companies are participating in that will reduce the interest and/or lower the monthly payment.
Does anyone here have any knowledge of such a program?
