Hi all,
My boyfriend is from Puerto Rico and he moved away to live in Europe several years ago. We have discussed moving to Florida in a few years and both feel it would be a good move for us. However I have several questions about this move for which I would like to ask this forum for some help.
1) Can we obtain my boyfriend's credit history/score from Europe?
2) Would he still have a credit history and would it carry from Puerto Rico to FLorida?
3) Would we be able to obtain a CC or other "product" to start building his credit history/score before we relocate to the US?
I am concentrating on my boyfriend's situation as I will only obtain a greencard once we are married, so I know that there is very little we can do right now to work on my credit history/score.
