Jose Francisco Martinez, 19, of Kings Beach, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary when a resident in the 8500 block of Trout Street in Kings Beach reported hearing screams coming from a neighbor's house.
"The owners were away on vacation," said Lt. John Addoms of the Placer County Sheriff's Department. "Investigators found a man stuck halfway down the chimney."
