Are the blogs down for anyone else?

I can see my blog and look at posts in it, but I can't go to the overall blogs page or create a new entry. I get a 403 Forbidden error.

I'm not having any issues but a couple of people reported this a couple of days ago. There's another thread about it.

It seems to be fixed today.

Not for me, sadly. I even cleared cookies/cache. Had to come over here to log back in; I can't even get to the login screen on the blogs side.
