What is the difference between a regular savings account and a Rollover? I don't know which is the best for me.

Never hard of a rollover savings account. Sounds made up. A regular savings account is a place that you save monies and stuff.

Can you please clarify your question? Are you asking if you should rollover a retirement account into an IRA or cash it in and place the money in a regular savings account?
