Yes, the voters did send a Republican House (but they couldn't get the Senate) because of less spending but the voters also sent Obama to the White House to reform healthcare and to remove the retarded Bush Tax Cuts.

Even John McCain said "You don't cut taxes in a time of war."

The Conservatives are making me sick right now. Fiscal Conservatism was never meant to be about pandering to the rich but every time they open their yaps lately, it's them trying to tell me why I am supposed to have sympathy for the rich.

After 8 years of spending and running up our debt and deficit, all of the sudden they "got religion?" Ha.

Well, it's falling on deaf ears. The Democrats have compromised. It's time for the GOP to pony up on compromises.

Do I have some liberal views? Yes, but I also have some conservative views and some libertarian views. So I honestly don't know what I am.

Its true I don't care for Santelli. Where was his rant when we bailed out the banks? Then when we want to help regular homeowners he goes off on a tirade calling homeowners who can't pay their mortages "losers". Santelli is an elitest who is out of touch with the average american.

Isn't he the one that is credited with starting the whole tea party thing? I've never really heard his commentary so I can't comment. I can say that the only person that I pay any attention to on CNBC is Larry Kudlow. Other than that I usually try to listen to/watch Bloomberg.
