"Pump and dump" mainstreamed?

Has anyone seen TV commercials now for a "best company with upside potential for this year". I even got a full magazine pumping some other company, that will make its clients hack proof... such incredible and obvious BS!

I think is is remarkable how little fear or concerns scam artists have these days.
