Congrats. Have a great trip. If you have more planning questions, feel free to ask or PM me or head over to DISboards.com. Now that you're booked is when the planning really starts.

I haven't stayed at Pop but one piece of advice would be at least once to walk over to Art of Animation and eat at their food court. It is probably the best one on property. We go there to eat even though we stay offsite.

We're making our first trip this year, too. I've found EasyWDW has a lot of information and it seems less overwhelming to me. It might not be as well organized as it's blog style. But, I like the calendars and reasonings for where to go when: http://www.easywdw.com/category/calendar/03-march-2014/

Also, the cheat sheets were handy for understanding when lines get bad.

I would have liked to stay at art of animation but it would have been about $300 more for the 6 nights. I figured we won't be in the room a lot, well we will be with a kid more for downtime, but we'll see. maybe next year!

I have only spent one night in a hotel with my wonderful son. Being in a hotel with children is not at all relaxing! lol
I saw the menu for art of animation. I hope the walk is short. menu looks great! Lots of healthier options too!

Most of AoA is family suites that are insanely priced, like $300+/night. One building, the Little Mermaid one, is regular rooms similar to Pop Century.

The food court does have a very nice selection that you won't find anywhere else on property.
