Sometimes a credit card company comes through. Back in June, my sister and I rented a home in PCB, Florida. Since then I've been trying to get our refundable deposit back from the owner. Every time I would call or email, same story its in the mail, its being processed, I'm on it.
I finally said enough is enough and disputed it to my credit card company even though it was way past the normal 60 day dispute timeframe. I told them the situation and had all sorts of documentation from this idiot that he was sending me my refund.
Got the call yesterday from the credit card that they are procesing the credit. So happy we used our credit cards to pay.
