What the heck is going on?? I called and have talked to 2 people who don't speak english.capitol one took over ing. I got a letter stating they would, but nothing after...
Now, they have lowered my mortgage payment (this is on my rental house) by $175 a month AND have now billed me for insurance and taxes which I have ALREADY paid. they also charged me a service fee $2779.99 to lower my interest rate 3%, which I never asked for, never signed for and its news to me.
They set up an escroe account as well. WHY?? I have already paid my insurance and my taxes???? Can they do this without my signature on something???
?? I will call them again tomorrow and maybe I can get someone actually in the usa who speaks english and can look at this account..
AND they have moved my due date up by 2 weeks....(It comes out of my account automatically)
any ideas????
