First to Disney. Youngest son bought a pirate t-shirt at the Magic Kingdom which he promptly wore the next day to Animal Kingdom. After a typical quick Florida rainstorm, the gray shirt had pink colored spots all over from the dye bleeding. It looked horrible. Later that evening, when we were walking around Downtown Disney I asked the salesperson at the Disney Store if we could exchange it. Without a receipt or any questions asked, my son walked out wearing a brand new shirt (picked a different style of the same price cause didn't want to chance it again)
Second to our local pool repair company, Texsun Pools. As it seems typical for us, when we came home from vacation, we had a home repair to do. I turned the pool pump on and it screeched and screamed at me. Quickly I pulled out my paperwork cause I just replaced the pump motor last year. Too my dismay we replaced it on July 15, 2009....we got home July 17, 2010. One year warranty just expired. I almost cried thinking I would have to put out another $400 bucks for a new motor. But Texsun stood by the product and replaced the motor for us and only charged $99 for the labor.
