Well, what we did was paid off the car loan of $7500 and the furniture of $1740 amid put the rest on the visa.
I am just praying to sell this bloody house. It's the thing that's killing us. Thanks everyone.

How bad is the house situation? What is it costing you per month?

Well it seems pretty bleak. The house needs to either be sold or rented. The rent is $900 per month plus utilities. If we don't get a tenant, we will be having to keep it afloat until something changes. I just don't know how we will do that.

Are you willing to rent it out at $800 or less to attract a renter faster until sold? At least you wouldn't have to come up with the whole mortgage payment.

Yes we would do that. Not saying no to anything right now. We just so want this place out of our hair. We have had the most unbelievable tenants in the world. Nightmare city.
