Don't have the whole week planned, we usually kind of wing it.

last night was "hot" soup, 1/3rd a round steak, quart of home stewed tomatoes, okra, rice and one habernaro pepper.

Tonight shredded BBQ beef sandwiches (other 2/3rd round steak is in the crock now)

weds "toss" soup, the broth from the round steak and various veggies tossed in

Sounds interesting. Is this as easy at it sounds?

          Yes very easy to make.

Throw boneless chicken breast into the crockpot,
throw salsa, oinions, diced tomatos, garlic spices, taco seasonsing if you have it around.

Cook for 6 hrs on low

I throw in a couple of cups of cooked riced right at the end and some chedder cheese.
