Payless Shoes again has a reward card. But, they give it to you if you ask, but it is NOT good until after you go online to activate it. So, it was not good on my first purchase.
But, if you had an internet phone, you could go into the store, get a reward card, go online to activate it, then pay for your shoes and get at least a 5% discount.
