My wife has a gluten allergy, are there any ways to save money on gluten free foods? We find it's expensive.

I've never searched for gluten free foods, but I did do a Google search for gluten free food coupons and found a nice amount of coupons. I would link it here but i'm under 15 posts.

Just as with other foods, saving money is often best done by cooking for yourself.

I heard part of an authors interview for this cookbook a few days ago and they sounded convincing: The How Can It Be Gluten Free Cookbook, by Editors at America's Test Kitchen

If you want to just avoid wheat all together there are a good many cookbooks with alternative ideas for flours--nut flours such as almond, non-glutinous grain flours, non-grain seed flours such as quinoa, soybean, and root flours such as mannioc, tapioca).
