coupon train (VT)
I have many Coupons I will not be using and would like to share them with others. how do i join a train or start one ? how many people are normaly in a train ? how do we get wish lists out ? (mail/ email) how many coupons will fit into a one stamp envelope ? and what kind do i put in ? any and all suggestions would be a help. (tpflint@hotmail.com ) Thank you, Tracy
