Most banks and credit unions will be closed on Monday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. That doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to do any banking though. In fact, few customers even visit their bank’s branch these days. You can perform most of your banking online, through an app, or the ATM.
Deposits and withdrawals can be made at ATMs. Most banks also have the ability to accept mobile check deposits through their phone app as well. Any bill payments you need to make can also be done online.
It is important to note that although these banking transactions will still be available, some transactions will not post until the next banking day. Normally, these transactions will take a day longer than usual to process because of the holiday. Any bill payments scheduled for that day will not be processed until the following business day.
