Mon Bruschetta Chicken Bake- New Recipe I'm trying

1 19oz can of Italian Stewed tomatoes (I buy stewed and diced tomatoes by the case at Costco and use this- it's something like $3.50 for 12 cans)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package Stove Top stuffing (or something similiar)
1 1/2 lbs chicken cut up into bite sized pieces
1 tsp dried basil (even better if you use fresh that you grew in your yard- $1 something for a package of seeds! use more if it is fresh)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Tuesday Leftover sloppy joes, add some recipe and some extra tomatos.

Thursday Sandwich Crazy soceer and cub scout night!!

Saturday Homemade pizza

Sun: Grilled salmon, broccoli/cauliflower salad, glazed carrots, hot rolls, baked custard
Mon: Potato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, celery and carrot sticks, apple crisp
Tue: Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, corn, l/o glazed carrots, cinnamon pears
Wed: Beef stew (w/potatoes, carrots, celery, onion), corn bread, orange jello/mandarin oranges
Thu: Pizza (sausage, hamburger, mushroom), lettuce based salad with toppings from the garden, ice cream
Fri: Cheesy tuna cassarole (peas and carrots in it), green beans, hot rolls, l/o cinnamon pears
Saturday: Homemade chicken strips, potato salad, baked beans, sliced tomatoes
