Talking amish whoopie pies

OMG these are like so good I was looking for an alternative to cupcakes for my oldest dd to take to her class for her 9th birthday and I did not have much on ingredients so I just started looking online for a cream filled cookie(I was having a craving LOL) and I came across this recipe http://www.allhomemadecookies.com/re...whoopiepie.htm I made the first one which is titled My Mom's chocolate whoopie pies well they came out really yummy just alittle thick for us. So today I tried the other recipe called chocolate whoopie pies and OMG so soft and sweet. I was able to make 3dz and I still have more batter to make somemore I just need to make more filling. I made them to help with some kind of treat in the house til next week and since they turned out so good I had to share make sure you have enough room in the freezer but then again i don't think they will last that long LOL
