My daughter made candy sushi at an event at our library recently.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of butter
1 package of regular marshmallows (count of 40)
6 cups of Rice Krispies®
Little candies or gummies that can be cut up
Red bead candy (optional for fish eggs on top)
Japanese sushi grass (optional)
Rolling Pin
Sushi rolling mat
Parchment paper (cut into rectangular pieces just slightly bigger than your sushi mat

Prepare the Rice Krispies as follows:
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.

Prepare your sushi rolls as follows:
1. Using a wooden spoon, remove enough to create a ball in the center of your parchment paper which will lay over top of your sushi mat.
2. Use another piece of parchment paper over top of the gooey Rice Krispies which you will then roll flat with your roller.
3. Roll the Rice Krispies until it's about 1cm thick. Once you are finished with this, you get to the fun part.
4. Get the candies you bought, either cut up or solid and place them in a line. You won't want them completely down the center as you will have to roll this - think burrito - if it's closer to the end you will start to roll, it's easier. If you take regular jub jub's or gummy candy - you can get a realistic look to your sushi as once it is cut it has a fish-like texture to it.
5. Once your candies have been placed, you can roll your sushi. This may take some practice, but once you get it, it's a piece of cake. Roll the sushi just until you have Rice Krispie touching Rice Krispie otherwise your roll will be way too bulky. See pictures for examples.
6. Now it is time to cut this into individual rolls. You can cut them to whatever size you want for height, but I usually cut them to about 1.5 - 2 inches.
7. You should count on getting about 32 individual rolls done. You could do them with all the same candy for a color theme, or you could do each one completely different. Once you have them done, you can get creative with some of the optional items mentioned above.
