First it was pizza crust, now it's spaghetti sauce. I'm making spaghetti this week for a special family dinner in honor of DD's 5th birthday, and I'd like to try my hand at making the sauce. I'd also like for it to be meat-free; if anything, I'll serve meatballs separately, but I don't want meat in the sauce.
If you have a favorite to share I'd love to see it. Thanks! |

Peel the tomatos and take out the seeds (peels and seeds make the sauce 'bitter').
Fry some garlic and onions in olive oil add some green peppers (no seeds) Add the tomatoes add water let simmer add some pepper, salt, basil and oregano (plenty of oregano) let simmer some more run through the blender I like this one because it's easy and very tasty! |
