cooking with Grape Leaves
I know two things to do with grape leaves-- 1) stuffed Greek style, and 2) use in pickles to naturally provide alum to keep the cukes crisp.
Can anyone tell me which leaves to select for each purpose? Are there any other uses for grape leaves? My second year grape vines are growing like crazy!
