Turkey variety help request

Well I cooked a turkey, we had it in the house, and needed to cook it I finally succeeded last night. No trimmings though.

Anyway, my trouble, what else can you do with turkey that doesn't taste exactly like turkey casserole or a turkey sandwich?

I thought of 'turkey fried rice' but I wont be able to do that till Thursday..hopefully by then anyway.

What can I do tomorrow night?
