Default Easy biscuit recipe

Last Friday I was looking for an easy break or biscuit recipe and I found this one in Paula Deen's cookbook:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 cup self rising flour with 1/2 milk, 2 tablespoons mayonaise, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Put in greased muffin tin and bake 12-15 minutes.

I didn't have any self-rising flour so I added some baking powder to all purpose flour.

They don't get brown on top, but they were moist and yummy. It was nice baking something easy with stuff I already had.
