Does anyone know any good Beans and Rice Recipes?

"Beans and Rice, rice and beans!" This is what I hear Ramsey say all the time. I was wondering who out there has some creative and delicious ways of preparing these cheap ingredients? Thanks

Red beans, rice, browned hamburger w/onions, garlic and some brown gravy mixed in. Dirty Rice = YUMM!!
