Can you think of anywhere you can donate it? Other than that, you could freeze the chocolate for use in baking etc. I googled"lefover candy" and got a number of links to check out. This one looks interesting for recipes: http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/cat/376/0.shtml
Myself, I bought for about 80 kids and we got a whopping 13! Dh is a teacher so I'll send it to school with him to use as a motivational learning tool. LOL I had a french teacher who did that once- I leanred to say "J'aime le chocolat" really fast. |

Our town has the homecoming parade the week following halloween. We give our candy to someone who passes it out from their float--usually our church youth have a float.

I read in Parent's Magazine (borrowed from the library) to save the candy and make ginger bread houses. THis is a little late for that but it might be fun for next year.
