Default How About Some Marinades?

I would like some good easy recipies for marinades. I just purchased a really nice stainless steel Wok at Goodwill for $4. I would like some recipies for pepper steak, chinese, etc or any other marinades that would be good . I have purchased pre-made marinades but I am sure it is probably cheaper to make my own.

I got my last five bottles of the new Mrs. Dash marinades FREE w/coupons.

Sorry I don't have any recipes to offer as it isn't something I'd normally do to our meat. I mean, I have with the freebies, but otherwise, nope.

Here are our Dump Chicken Recipes. Take the ingredients for the recipe, place in a one-gallon freezer bag, then add your chicken and freeze. Then thaw before you cook. You can use 4-8 pieces of chicken, pieces, or breasts and we always chose to use boneless and skinless. When cooking using boneless and skinless, only cook for 25-35 minutes or until no longer pink. When using full chicken pieces your cooking time will be around one hour. We always take the sauce and reduce it in a pan after the chicken is done, making some of the most DELICIOUS sauces!!! Enjoy!!!

I like this for grilled chicken and chicken on the barbecue

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp sweet paprika

Into a baggy and in the fridge for one hour

My mom used to soak her pepper steak in tomatoe juice to tenderize it. I've never tried to make it myself.

For barbecue steak

1 cup orange juice
One whole lemon sliced with peel
1 tbsp worstershire (???) sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil (not olive)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Into a baggy and into the fridge until the meat becomes tender, depending on the thickness of the steak you can almost see it start to "cook" around the edges.
