Homemade Spaghetti Sauce Reicpies?

Hi all! There's a frost tonight and I had to pluck all my green tomatos & I already have a ton of tomatos that I need to cut up & freeze. But I'm hoping someone has some homemade spaghetti sauce recipies that they could share with me.

yep we have our first frost warning tonight, usually we don't get a frost til October... but it is WI & you just never know.

I don't have any recipes. Wouldn't even know what that is if it came up and bit me in the buttocks.

However, I will say that I've had some home cooked spaghetti sauces before, and they were absolutely heavenly! Don't know how they were made but... if you're throwing a small dinner party, I'll gladly attend!

I am not the person to ask, my idea of homemade spag sauce is some canned tomatoes and some spices..not sure which ones..but I let my son grab a handfull and go with it!

There's one in the most recent version of the Better Homes and Garden cookbook. I've tried it and it is pretty good, but it is chunky rather than smooth. The hardest part (and it wasn't that hard) was taking the skin off of the tomatoes.
