I would take this with a heavy grain of salt.
First of all, this diet is designed for body building.
Secondly, if you're micro-managing your diet that closely, you also need have a personal trainer monitoring your progress... because your diet intake needs to reflect the stage of muscle development that you're on (are you bulking? Cutting? How far off is the date of the competition?)
Regardless of the diet, to simply use this diet without an appropriate workout regiment to balance it out is fool-hardy... because you're going to balloon out anyway when the calories turn to fat.
It's either that, or you knew all that in advance... but then if someone did, they wouldn't have posted this in the first place... because again, it's really meant for competitive body building. That's why the message should have been made with a caveat... but never did.
Personally, I've never liked the idea of micro-managing your diet like this. But then, I'm not a competitive body-builder either.
