Default Cheap Dorm Room Recipe HELP

Hey everybody I need some help. I am putting together a book of simple recipes for incoming freshman at my college. I need your favorite recipes for foods that can be made in a college dorm room. Also any of you own creations or additions to foods (ex: chili added to Ramen). Since most dorms rooms do not have a stove or oven please let me know what you cooked it with (ex: microwave, George Forman etc) or if it has to be made on an over or stove let me know that.
Please also include the following: All ingredients, measurements of ingredients, amount of time cooked and power/ heat settings of devices. Also if you know estimate of cost to make.
If you could let me know this stuff I would really appreciate it and you will be my hero.

I'd add doing searches for such item like, microwave cooking for two, college cooking, and things of that nature.....most dorms I was familar with did not allow cooking the rooms and since I have full access to Fridge and freezer I'd still cook larger portions and freeze....how much storage space are they allowed?

Fire laws prohibit cooking in the rooms but most dorms have a community microwave (even when I went in the 70s they had that) so you can cook almost anything, just get a couple of basic pans and knives. Microwave cookbooks come cheap.

Check out thsi recipe data base:
Food Stamp Nutrition Connection: Recipes Finder

It's designed for Food Stamp Educators to find recipes for their clients, but it's a great tool for students, too. You can search for recipes by cooking equipment (ie microwave) and cost.
