Default Does anyone have any recipes that use 'Cracklin Oat Bran' cereal?

I love 'Cracklin Oat Bran' cereal made by Kelloggs if anyone knows of a good recipe that uses it let me know.

In your search engine on your welcome/ homepage, do a search for "cracklin oat bran cereal recipies" or go to cooks.com and type in cracklin oat bran cereal recipies. There are many scrumptious recipies to choose from! Happy eating!!

Thanks, I found one for Cracklin Oat Bran cookies I got some raisins tonight because my mom didn't have any, she will be the one cooking because you wouldn't want to eat the ones that I made. (lol)

Apple Crisp (makes about 6 servings)

Ingredients:
1 cup Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal, crushed to 3/4 cup
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 margarine, cold
4 cups sliced,peeled and pared apples

Directions:
Using rolling pin, crush the cup of Cracklin'Oat Bran cereal to measure 3/4 cup
In medium-size mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg
Using a mixer, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Stir in cereal
Place apples in 8x8x2" baking pan
Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly over top
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender & topping is golden brown
serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream optional

Holiday Cheese Balls (makes 3 cheese balls or logs)

ingredients:
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, softened
4 ounces Velveeta cheese, softened
8 ounces Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
4 ounces port wine cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups Cracklin' Oat Bran
pretzels & crackers (to serve)

directions:
Mix all cheeses, onions & Worcestershire sauce together thoroughly by using hands & squeezing through fingers
Form into 3 equal balls or logs.
Crush approximately 2 cups of Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal by placing in large plastic ziploc bag, close & use a rolling pin to crush to desired texture
In a large bowl, gently roll balls or logs in Craklin’ Oat Bran cereal.
Chill & serve with pretzels & crackers
